Parcels are sent by TNT or GLS, both confidential and good partners. Everything is well packed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Mistakes can happen and these are here to fix them;
Please inspect your package immediately after opening it so you can quickly inform us if something is not to your liking. Please send us an email with photos of any error to info@festontailors.be. From there, we will contact each other.
You have 5 days to do so and no later than 30 days to eventually return it to us at our OFFICE-address: FESTON - Zuidstraat 81 - 8680 Koekelare.
Please note that the cost of the return is for your account and also used or non-cleaned products will not be refunded.
Please return original packaging and labels and once we have received everything in good order we can issue a refund. This will also be communicated immediately once this is done.
Of course, the above is an extreme worst case and we hope you are always happy with the purchased product.
